The A-B-Cs of Small Group Training

In our small group training sessions, an instructor takes a group of three to eight people through a full-body workout designed to challenge all the muscle groups and promote strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance. No two sessions are alike, so you’ll never know what to expect — and you’ll never get bored!

Emphasis will be on proper form in all the exercises, so you’ll avoid injury and develop healthy movement patterns that will help you live a more enjoyable, pain-free life outside the gym.

Small group training offers the upbeat environment of a traditional class, in a more intimate setting where you can receive personal instruction without feeling intimidated. If you’ve been working out alone or in larger classes and not seeing the results you’d hoped for, whether because you lacked motivation or felt lost in a crowd, small group training is exactly the extra boost you need to turn your New Year’s resolutions into a lifestyle.

Oh, and did we mention it’s a lot of fun?
