Dear Mike:

On February 23, 2011, I suffered a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in my lungs). My blood pressure in the Emergency Room was 249/125, and I was hospitalized for nine days, including a day in the emergency room and four days in intensive care. The attending physician told me that I was lucky to be alive, and the probable reason I was alive was my good physical condition. I have you and Future Fitness to thank for that.

Thank you for signing me up and for your contribution to making me fit enough to survive my trauma. I might not be writing this letter were it not for Future Fitness.
