BOX FIT:  This class is a fusion of Boxing, Body Training and core conditioning. Boxing sculpts the upper body, Body Training tones the lower Body and the Core/abdominal exercises tighten up the middle.

Tabata Drills

TABATA DRILLS:  The Tabata training protocol consists of only 4 minutes of exercise for each round.  Here is how Tabata works – an exercise is performed to failure for 20 seconds.  There is then a 10 second rest (you will need it!) followed by another 20 second bout of intensity.  Each Tabata exercise consists of 8 of these cycles to make up the 4 minutes. Are you up for the challenge? The class includes low impact cardiovascular exercises as well as higher impact plyometric exercises.  Because you are working at your individual most intense level, the class is designed to challenge anyone super athlete or exercise novice.

Express Ride & Abs

This is a 35 minutes indoor cycling workout on the bike followed by 20 minutes of abdominal exercises on the floor.  The indoor cycling portion of class consists of pedaling through a variety of fun and challenging drills like sprints, jumps, climbs and more – all set to fun and uplifting music. Participants can choose to take part in both portions or leave after the cycling class.  All levels are welcome. This is a great class to try if you’re new to indoor cycling or if you have limited time. If you are new to indoor cycling please let the instructor help you set up your bike at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Bring a mat or grab one before class from the
