I grew up in Voorhees NJ. Eastern HS alum. I am a Type A personality! I cook and clean on my days off, as well as shop, go outside and enjoy the spring/summer weather, put my top down while driving. I love to live an active, healthy lifestyle. Love to travel. The beach is one of my favorite places. I also have Crohn’s disease. I like to share this because most people look at me and think I have it easy to stay fit and healthy, but it is the total opposite. I feel like people can relate better to people when they open up about their own struggles or ailments. Nothing in life is easy in my opinion, it is hard work and dedication to live a healthy fit lifestyle for as long as we are here. And it is more expensive to get or be sick then it is to try and prevent illness by eating well and exercising regularly. And always work to your potential, if you leave your workout feeling like you can still do more, than you have not given it your all. Life is what you make it. Live, Laugh, Love!

  • Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science & Sport Studies
  • Certified Nutritionist through AAAI/ISMA
  • CPR, first aid, & AED certified
  • Division 1 Soccer Alumnus of RU-4 year starter
  • Experience in personal training since 1996
  • Worked at FFC since 1/24/01
  • Certified in TRX Suspension Training
  • Certified through PHI Pilate’s reformer Level 1
  • Certified in Kettlebell training, Kettlebell Concepts Level 1 trainer
