She keeps variety in her Personal training workouts by incorporating different forms of resistance exercises while using many types of equipment. Her focus is on exercise that promotes strength, stability, endurance, balance, and control. She also enjoys cardio and HIIT workouts and has been a group fitness instructor for 20 years. She wants her clients to feel good about themselves as they strive to meet their individual fitness goals.
