Group Fitness

Read about our Online Classes, here.

To ensure physical distancing, all classes will have a limited number of participants, per class, spaced out at least 200 square feet per person which will be marked on the floor.

Classes will have set times of 30 and 50-minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes in between classes to allow for proper sanitization of the group fitness room, any equipment used, and cleaning of high traffic and frequently touched surfaces. The instructors and participants are responsible for cleaning in between classes. In addition, the commercial cleaning company will clean the group fitness room overnight and in the afternoon.

To halt the spread of illness, equipment usage during group fitness classes will be limited during Phase 2.

There will be no admittance inside any of the group fitness rooms including Spin, and Mind/Body rooms when classes are not in session. This is to minimize physical activity in the rooms, and to allow for cleaning in between classes.

All participants must sign up with their first and last name and their member # at the front desk, no more than 30 minutes prior to class start. All members must be present in the fitness club in order to sign up for any classes in which they would like to participate. The sign up is on a first come, first serve basis.
The instructor will bring in the sign-up sheet, and take roll call prior to class start. Anyone that is not on the list once it is full, is not permitted in the class.

FAQ:

1. Can I change out of my bathing suit?
During this phase one re-opening we encourage anyone using the pool to dry off with a towel while in your designated area of the pool deck, and exit accordingly. We suggest not bringing anything more than what is needed (i.e. a towel). If you must  use the restroom or open locker room facilities we ask that you do so quickly (and not to enter wet). As soon as you exit the pool water you must put a mask on and it must be worn through all other areas including but not limited to the locker room and bathrooms.
2. Will there be family swim?
For everyone’s safety family swim will not resume during Phase 2 of re-opening. We will love to bring it back in the near future.
Temporarily unavailable during Phase 2
During the initial reopening period, the following will be temporarily unavailable: water fountains, lockers, showers, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, daycare, family swim, and nurse monitoring appointments.
