Yoga Classes

Kennedy Fitness offer a variety of Mind & Body classes, featuring Yoga and Pilates. Our Yoga classes develop a sense of peace and well-being while improving flexibility and core strength, which can be complemented by swim lessons in Medford. Likewise, our Pilates classes focus on a balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and mind & body awareness.

Pilates Reformer

Tai Chi
