Aquatics training offers multi-level water fitness classes that minimize joint impact and make for a fabulous cardiovascular and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, interval training, aerobic combinations, strength training, core conditioning for a total body-conditioning workout. Kennedy Fitness Aquatics classes are led by the best instructors and trainers in the fitness industry.

Session Package Options

Private: Whether the swim lesson is for you, your child, or loved one, our experienced and dedicated swim instructors will develop a program based on your individual needs, set in a private, 1 on 1 atmosphere.

Semi Private: Semi-Private lessons include two participants and one instructor.  Perfect for siblings that work well together, friends or family who wish to develop their stroke, or even a couple wanting to brush up on their swimming and breathing before going on vacation.

Group: Offered at select locations.  If you have a group that is of similar age and level, we will be happy to set up a group lesson for you.
