The Arthritis Foundation exercise program has been designed specifically for people with arthritis that uses gentle activities to increase flexibility, maintain muscle strength and relieve stiffness.
Different classes are available to meet your fitness level – with exercises done while sitting, standing or on the floor. We also offer aquatic exercise classes, and Tai Chi through the Arthritis Foundation.
