Ginger Cooper


Ginger is a passionate and enthusiastic NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  She enjoys strength training, trail running and obstacle course racing. She wants to motivate her clients to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. She enjoys continuing her education in all aspects of fitness and nutrition.  Ginger is a NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and conducts the monthly nutritional seminar at Kennedy Fitness. Ginger is also a Registered Dental Hygienist and American Heart Association CPR/AED certified.
