I obtained my initial personal training certification through NASM in 2008 and have continued to obtain additional certifications including TRX, Spinning, Group Exercise, Zumba, Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, Sports Nutrition, Senior Fitness, Cancer Exercise, Yoga, and Golf. In addition, I attend training conventions and workshops to continue to educate myself and to keep updated with the latest fitness theories and trends. My goal is to guide my clients by educating them and by creating effective exercise programs designed for their fitness goals and needs. In doing so I have been able to assist a wide range of clients to successfully obtain their health and fitness goals.
