Karl Ardan


My name is Karl Ardan and as a personal trainer at Kennedy Fitness I have made it my mission to inspire, motivate and do whatever means necessary to help my clients attain the best versions of themselves. Going through my own difficult fitness journey I have experienced many hurdles to overcome, from losing the stubborn belly fat to training day and night for the championship game. I strive to enact the knowledge I gained from my own personal battles, my current pursuit of a career as an exercise physiologist and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to make sure my clients crush their goals and have fun along the way.
