Lisa Eichberg
Personal Trainer - Mullica Hill
As long as I can remember, I have always yearned to help others. This is one of the reasons why I decided to become a teacher. While studying special education at Rowan University, another passion of mine became evident to me. I found that my enthusiasm for fitness was something that I wanted to share. I wanted to enlighten my friends and schoolmates about the use of exercise and its positive impact on the body and mind. The demands of school could be stressful at times; exercise could very well be the solution to maintaining an individual’s wellness. It was at this point, I began working in the fitness realm, and the rest is history.
First, I became a certified Group Exercise instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in September of 2006. Soon after in June of 2007, I obtained my certification as a Spinning instructor enabling me to teach both aerobic and Spinning classes within a gym setting. My passion and enjoyment for helping others accomplish their personal fitness goals further led me to attain my certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in January of 2011. More recently, I have expanded upon my education as a personal trainer by securing certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (August, 2013), Performance Enhancement Specialist (September, 2014), and Weight Loss Specialist (October,2015).
I am determined to continue my quest for knowledge. I am committed to sharing this knowledge with you. I am delighted to assist you, encourage you, and motivate you to reach your full fitness potential. Are you up for the challenge?
