Wen has over 25 years experience in exercise, nutrition and health & fitness.  Her vast and well-rounded background in physical fitness, allows her to assess your individual needs and design a Personal Training program custom-fitted to your unique situation. You will be pleased with the results gained through her attention to you and your personal fitness goals!


Wen also has in depth knowledge of classic yoga and traditional Northern Shaolin style Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Bagua & Yang style Taiqi Quan. Her impressive career in martial arts began under the World-renowned Grand Master Anthony Goh of Baltimore and she has won several International level competitions in forms, weapons and sparring. She instructs children and adults alike and is accustomed to working with clients of varying levels and abilities.
