Anyone can do it: The best way to learn about aquatic exercises is to get to the pool! We recommend you learn how to stay afloat first, other than that, aquatic programs are great for everyone. Whether you’re 70 years of age or 35, Future Fitness has an aquatics program to fit your level. And, the pools are big enough for everybody so space isn’t an issue. Future Fitness’s pools are perfect for people who want to exercise in a pool without the regular pool crowd getting in the way.

Aqua – a multi level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardiovascular and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, interval training, aerobic combinations, strength training, core conditioning and more utilizing weights and noodles for a total body-conditioning workout.
Aqua Zumba® – known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class
Hydro-Pilates™ – are non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and muscle control. Mind-body focus in gradual methodical placement and movement uses moves from Pilates, Yoga, modern dance, and gymnastics.
Aqua Interval Training – Alternate cardiovascular and strength conditioning in this challenging class.
