Jim Zacher: Senior Spin Rider

Jim is proof that age cannot define you.  Jim teaches Senior Spin Ride in Cherry Hill.  Join Jim morning or night to get your heart healthy and your blood pumping.  Keeping a close ye on cadence and safety makes Jim and excellent instructor to take your fitness routine to the next level.  Jim is an avid cyclist on and off road.

You can find Jim in cycling clubs in the area.  Join Jim in Cherry Hill on Tuesday night at 6:00pm or on Friday mornings at 8:30am.

Mike is a seasoned rider who likes to start the day the right way with an early morning ride to get you up and out of bed.  Mikes attention to road rides and skill sets have you looking forward to an early endurance ride.  Join Mike on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am in Sewell!

Sunday Funday //Sundays @ 10:45am with Jason!

A high intensity total body circuit infusing cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises.  Each class is designed to keep you guessing. Using various equipment and body weight, challenge yourself to push past your limits, burn a ton of calories, and most importantly, have fun. (All levels: modifications offered).



Aqua Class // Mondays @ 8:30am with Renee – STARTS JUNE 24th!

Aquatic classes are easy on the joints but can be challenging enough to help reach new levels of fitness!


Aqua Intervals // Thursdays @ 10:00am with Connie!

An interval class which mixes intensity and breath control to build cardio strength and burn calories with maximum results.


Aqua Strength & Stretch // Fridays @ 8:30am with Connie!

A water class for all levels which Uses will movement, equipment and balance in order to gain fitness and control for a healthy lifestyle.


All Levels Flow Yoga // Tuesdays @ 9:30am & Fridays @ 10:30am

Flow style yoga where participants move gracefully from one posture to another.  Includes sun salutations, stretching and balancing postures that are adapted to all levels
